Order Processing

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, JCB, and PayPal. Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. 

How long will it take to process my order?

We are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible. Your product is usually out the door within 2-4 days of the order being placed.  

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are unable to make any changes or cancel orders once they have been processed.

We offer free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders $50+
We have a quick turnaround rate that usually has your product out the door within 2-4 days of the order being placed. 

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Internationally

We do ship overseas. However, free shipping does not apply to international & non-continental U.S. territory orders. Most International orders are processed within 2-4 days of the order being placed. As soon as your order ships we will send you an email with a tracking number.

Your package can take as little as 1 - 3 weeks to reach its destination. Although we have many packages that make it to their destination on time, customers will assume all the risk, responsibility, and cost for orders that are lost.

Also, international orders may also incur Government Custom Agency Fees. We do not cover or reimburse any fees that customers will have to pay to their Government Custom Agencies to retrieve their packages.

USPS (United States Postal Service) will not track packages once they have left the United States. International orders. especially overseas orders, may take 4-6 weeks, due to Custom agencies and the postal service.

Customers shipping internationally will assume all risks mentioned above. We are sorry for any inconveniences, and we will continue to find better ways to improve our service internationally.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

There's a problem with my order. What should I do? How do I return an item I ordered?

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department by email (customerservice@plbfashion.com) and we will be glad to help! If you have already received your shipping confirmation email, your order cannot be cancelled.
